During the winter Larne Athletic Club meet at Curran Road Bowling club on Tuesday evenings at 8.00pm and on Thursday evenings at 7.00pm. In the summer month's we meet at the same times in Drains Bay and do most of our training in Carnfunnock Country Park. All newcomers are welcome.

During training we break up into groups to suit all abilities so if your training for a marathon or just simply want to get fit for your holidays come along and try it out.
